Job Description:
Central Coast Behavioral Health Inc (CCBH) continues to grow and expanding it services. We are looking for a Compassionate, Caring, and Detail Oriented PMHNP.
You will be joining a multidisciplinary group that has a goal to provide exceptional, high quality psychiatric care to our community population. We primarily treat anxiety disorders, mood disorders and dual diagnosed psychiatric patients but have a varied number of patients with other primary diagnosis.
In conjunction with our Medical Director, you will be supporting the managing of the psychiatric care of patients, both from a medical and psychiatric perspective. You will support the psychiatrist during the psychiatric assessment, medication management, and facilitate the engagement of the patient in psycho-therapeutic/skill building interventions and provide education to the patient and family when required.
You will be supporting the communication with other health care providers to promote consistency, continuity of care, and to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Bilingual candidate preferred.
